@hudsonsbay Today I recieved my anniversary watch. It took 16 days to arrive downtown Toronto, & sent in the wrong packaging & without manuals etc. It looks used, & with defects. Was this a return you resent out? I expect better service from Hudson's Bay. #hudsonsbay
