@SriniGopalan If the “Line on Us” in December, 2025 had been setup properly at the Taylors, SC “Experience” Store, I would not have purchased a $1,200 phone with @TMobileHelp . NO ONE says they can fix it. omeone can, to make it right. Not paying $65 / mo for a “Free” Line.
@TMobileHelp All reps say that, when it was discovered (after the “Line on Us” promotion ended, after Dec. 31, there is NOTHING they can do. I have been “unenrolled”. That is unacceptable. There is someone in the Corporation that could fix it, if they truly cared.
@TMobileHelp@SriniGopalan Will @TMobile honor the “Line on Us” promotion or not. The store employee in Taylors, SC made the mistake setting it up, and now I am out $1,200 for my @Google Pixel.
@SriniGopalan Can you fix the mistake the “Experience” Store in Taylors, SC made with my “Line on Us” in Dec 2025, being setup as a 3rd line, at $65 per mo? If not, after 13 years with T-Mobile I am leaving.
@SriniGopalan After being a loyal customer with T-Mobile for 13 years, received a “Line on Us” invitation in December 2025. Activated it at the Taylors’ SC “Experience”. They set it up as a 3rd line… Charged me $65 for 3 months… THEIR mistake. They will NOT FIX it. SHAMEFUL!
@TMobileHelp T-Mobile is reprehensible. Say one thing, do not back up customer, but will support the employee that cost me over $1,200. Will be taking my business to Mint Mobile.
@TMobileHelp@kwangwkim My eSIM was not the issue. The issue was accepting the “Line on Us”, and the Store Employee setting new line up as 3rd line. — That kicked the Line on Us out of the T-Mobile system, and left me with a new, paid $1,200 phone and a $65 per month new line that should have been free.
@TMobileHelp All the reps have been trying to fix the initial mistake at the Taylor’s store, but the T-Mobile SYSTEM will not let them. I know that someone in CORPORATE could do it, but would rather not support the customer. (Soon to be former customer. Will be moving my devices to Mint.
@TMobileHelp It CAN be done. There is just no one in the company with the authority to do it willing to treat a 13 year customer with integrity. (Shameful!)
@TMobileHelp Everyone tells me there is no way T-Mobile can fix their mistake. It was setup WRONG by the T-Mobile “Experience” store in Taylors, SC 12/24/25, and T-Mobile WILL NOT HONOR the proper “Line on Us” ID. (Bad business!)
@TMobileHelp@PeaceLoveDolce Leaving T-Mobile due to the Customer Rep at the Taylors, SC Store setting my “Line on Us” Promo as a 3rd phone line, with T-Mobile charging me $65 per month, and not able to fix their mistake. Will be taking all three lines to Mint Mobile. (Got a $1,200 Pixel for the “free” line)
After @TMobile charged 3 me three months $65 per month for a “Line on Us” Promotional line that was not setup correctly at the Taylors, SC “Experience” Store… they are not able to fix their mistake… So I will take my Pixel 10 Pro XL (purchased for the free line) to Mint Mobile.
@TMobileHelp Received notice in December for a “Line on Us” with a Promo ID.
Activated 12/24/25. They set it up as a 3rd line, charging $65 per mo.
After three months, have enrolled, unenrolled two times. Just this morning: “unenrolled”. — after 13 years, now would love to leave T-Mobile.
@TMobile How can T-Mobile enroll, then unenroll, then enroll, then unenroll a T-Mobile customer with the “Line On Us”, having a promo ID provided by T-Mobile? (After 13 years as a customer, would now love to leave this carrier)
Finding the @TMobile “Experience” Store in Taylors, SC to be incompetent. Mistakes, costing me hundreds of dollars, managers that will not call as assured. We could go on… (Good carrier, some bad stores)
@TMobile Have contacted T-Mobile “Experience” Store and other attempts to straighten out a T-Mobile in-store error costing me over $200 in overage charges, and have been told it would be fixed, with a return call… NONE. No calls, contact, or assistance since late December.
