@MLGW I’m in Cooper-Young, and just my block, and only my side of the street is out. I’m watching my neighbors across the street enjoy their day. This exact scenario happened a few months ago, and it was out for days. Another refrigerator full of food will go to waste.

As it turns out, this utility pole is owned by @ATT. This complicates matters, because I’m getting weird pushback from their system when I requested someone to come out and complete the 2 year old pole replacement job properly.

Hey @MLGW, is it standard operating procedure to bust up a sidewalk to replace a telephone pole, and leave the remaining hole to grow grass and weeds for the next 1+ years? I’ve done approximately half the work here, and uncovered the old cut pole. Please advise.

@MLGW It’s now Sunday, and the restoration estimate keeps getting pushed back. A crew was here working last night, left without actually restoring power, and I had to open yet another outage report because it was closed in the system. This is beyond ridiculous at this point.

@MLGW The automated system is saying that my power was restored at 12:01pm, but it wasn’t actually restored for me or my neighbors in my block. When I tried to open another report, it doesn’t appear to work, because I get the same menu options every time I call.

Hey @MLGW, is it not common practice to replace the concrete surrounding a power pole after it is destroyed during a pole replacement? This particular specimen is approximately a year old.

@XfinitySupport help me out. Every day this week, from 12pm-2pm, my downstream speed tanks. Outage page shows unplanned outages all around me, but says my connection is fine. Clearly, this isn’t accurate. Please fix it, or at least be honest about an outage.
