4,500 blocks will require: 4,500/50 = 90 bags of cement.
Which will cost: 90 x 12500 = N1,125,000
Labour will cost: 4500 x 150 = N675,000
Total for cement and Labour: 1,125,000 + 675,000 = N1,800,000.00
