📅 This should have been done last year.
🏭 All the damage to our industries. All the lost jobs.
💰 The $12B of debt keeping sectors alive. All could have been avoided.
🇨🇦 Carney, Ford, Eby were never going to win a trade war with the 🇺🇸.

An extra 18,000 jobs sounds positive... until you look under the hood.

🔹 More than 25,000 of those were part-time.
🔹 Full-time employment declined.
🔹 Manufacturing lost another 17,000 jobs.
🔹 Ontario lost 16,000 jobs.

Jobs that build the economy are disappearing. Jobs that serve the economy are replacing them.

That's not a healthy labour market.
