Workshop 1: Friday 26th February at 10:00 – 12:30;
Workshop 2: Friday 5th March at 10:00 – 12:30
workshop looking at your next steps towards a ‘new normal’ that works for you: exploring topics like personal power and effectiveness, building assertiveness when stating your case, networking etc.
The first workshop will give you a chance to first reflect on where you are in life now: life in the pandemic, what you want to change, where you want to be, your health and wellbeing and support networks available. This will give you a good grounding for the work in the second
