@thecavemommy Their assets and debts become part of the estate. There is a priority for payments: 1) administrative expense (lawyer, accountant); 2) secured creditors (mortgage, etc.); 3) the government; 4) all unsecured creditors (credit card companies, etc.); 5) beneficiaries (heirs).

@robolivermd @CFBNerds No, employee-status for players would not change the entity's tax exempt status. Tax-exempt entities can have employees. If the activity is deemed to be unrelated to the exempt purpose, then it would be taxable income.
