Forget about buying a house, they are all 1.5mill +. Assistant professor are all 34-37 yr olds when they start. Coming from making no money before (PhD + post doc)

Bottom line: none of these drugs are infection-free, but risk is stratified, and depends more on patient's baseline health status than the drug itself.

Being on a high-efficacy DMT is still your best shot at stopping MS progression
