DIO plays a massive part, however.
Any range use requires a minimum of 15 working days prior booking, regardless of usage. This doesn't fit into the MODs current FOE.

Combat marksmanship is a skill that requires regular practice and proper instruction from experienced coaches. Once or twice a year, doing ACMTs isn't good enough.
