some life updates:

1. decided to stop working on lud. in fact, haven't written one single line of code for the last three weeks. why though?
- not getting enough interest > not likely to make any meaningful money > being completely broke means this cannot be a high priority for me.
- even after working fairly hard on it for one month, still needs so so much time.
- made this decision before (2) happened.

2. almost three weeks ago, had a very great talk with @zalkazemi about everything, what options i have, what i should do from here, and his caravan notes. he helped me a lot about sales calls as well. got zaid's golden touch, and (3) happened.

3. on the same day, landed a gig for my design services - for the first time in my life, i made a 4-figure amount from a single design project. this means i am officially not starving to death. even better, they want me to keep working on it - which is simply awesome.

4. since my time is very limited right now, @webuildfor will be on hiatus indefinitely.

5. in any free time i have, i'll work on:
- designing my portfolio from scratch
- maybe creating a separate freelancing portfolio?
- an idea that i don't feel comfortable sharing atm - not sure if technically viable or i can build it within any reasonable timeframe.
