REGARDING LINQTO:
Judge Perez just issued his ruling. THE BANKRUPTCY SETTLEMENT PLAN HAS BEEN CONFIRMED & APPROVED.
In his ruling, Judge Perez cited a very handsome attorney when he said:
“As Mr. Deaton likes to say: ‘Customers won Constructive Trust without litigating it.’”
Judge Perez also stated that the Liquidating Trust (LT) & Closed End Fund (CEF) is the result giving customers the closest possible option providing them “the benefit of their bargain.”
The Judge also stated that there were serious allegations of fraud at Linqto and that based on the evidence presented, the bankruptcy filing was done in good faith.
He overruled any objection to approving the plan. He stated that there were no conflicts of interests that impeded the plan and that the fact that the New Management at @linqtoinc is NOT involved in managing either the LT or CEF and made a claim themselves against the estate, proves no conflict impeded or improperly influenced the plan.
Being in bankruptcy sucked and it’s extremely unfortunate. But let me repeat what I’ve said before. There was more than $1 Billion dollars of value on the platform. Bankruptcy was filed July 2025. To get this case resolved in 7 months with customers estimated to receive 95% of what they’re entitled to - is the best bankruptcy result involving a fraud case in modern bankruptcy history.
Lawyers at Brown Rudnick, including Ken Aulet, Robert Stark, @stephendpalley and others, deserve most of the credit for putting customers first - above their own financial interests. They are outstanding lawyers who helped restore my own faith in my profession. Sam Schwartz and Jeff Stein who represented the debtor also deserve credit for putting customers first.
To all the innocent Linqto customers - congratulations on getting the best possible outcome in a shitty situation.
I’m glad this is over. Back to campaigning. 😂
GOLD is collapsing
SILVER is collapsing
BITCOIN is collapsing
STOCKS are collapsing
DOLLAR is collapsing
EVERYTHING is collapsing
So where the fck can we safely put our money?
❌ FUD / FALSE OR MISLEADING CLAIMS
Now the important part.
❌ “Scarcity is gone”
False.
Scarcity is an on-chain property, not a derivatives feature.
There are still 21 million BTC
Derivatives do not mint BTC
At settlement, synthetic claims collapse back into cash
Scarcity affects:
Long-term valuation
Supply shocks
Halving dynamics
Not 5-minute candles.
❌ “Price is no longer discovered on-chain”
False framing.
Price discovery happens where:
Liquidity is deepest
Participants are most active
That’s always off-chain in mature markets.
Gold didn’t “break.”
Oil didn’t “break.”
Equities didn’t “break.”
They scaled.
❌ “One BTC backs six claims simultaneously”
Misleading analogy.
These are risk positions, not warehouse receipts.
Futures ≠ ownership
Options ≠ ownership
Swaps ≠ ownership
ETF shares are backed by custodied BTC, not rehypothecated endlessly
There is no forced delivery crisis mechanism in BTC markets today.
❌ “Wall Street manufactures unlimited BTC to suppress price”
Conspiracy logic.
If this were true:
BTC would trend to zero
Volatility would collapse permanently
Halvings would be irrelevant
Instead:
BTC is up orders of magnitude
Supply shocks still matter
Cycles still exist
Wall Street trades flows, not ideology.
❌ “The Bitcoin thesis is broken”
Flat wrong.
The thesis was never:
“BTC will only trade on-chain forever.”
The thesis is:
Hard supply
Permissionless settlement
Censorship resistance
Monetary alternative over time
None of that changed.

@dom_kwok AI says that is a myth and Cisco actually took their name from San Francisco. SF changed it's name in 1847 from Yerba Buena at that time, who's right?
@TarlonKhoubyari i call it san fran, it’s original name.
i refuse to add “cisco” onto the end just because @Cisco paid to have its brand appended to the city’s original name.
A total washout of contract open interest usually correlates with lows.
With the Feb26 off the board and into delivery, a lack of rolls plus liquidations dropped the total Comex gold open interest to just 414,756 contracts on Monday.
That's the lowest total since June 9, 2025.
See the attached chart for the ebbs and flows over time.
