@TheCastleHunter @ArchaeoDuck Yeah, I went via my GP and she got me to do a short test online ( https://t.co/X9QCBa8CFM). She used that to refer me to the mental health team. They've got some good resources on the website and I've also found the Additude Website helpful too

@ArchaeoDuck What a coincidence! I was diagnosed (at 41) with ADHD only a fortnight ago.

I've certainly been finding things easier since I started taking medication. I keep thinking it'll be nice getting back to normal, then realise things haven't ever really been normal before!
