I installed the Big Rheem from HD last year. We can have three showers running, two dishwashers, no problem.

However, Tankless units are finicky. In Michigan, the Humidify will trigger the moisture sensor, so you need to relocate that.

We're having some glitches with the flame sensor, but open the cover, pull it out and clean it with steelwool and it's back again. I'm probably going to have to do this every few months.

It's been a little bit of a pain, but worth it.
