Thinking of all the UK disabled people who can’t choose to use less energy this year — who need to charge our wheelchairs, power our hoists, plug in our breathing machines, and more. As usual, this crisis will hit us even harder than it will most.
too many companies including the NHS rely on good will and unpaid over time instead of paying for more staff. AND they have the cheek to not even pay the staff fairly.
Shall i tell you whats cheeky? Media calling out the younger generation for the “quiet resignation” & them becoming “disengaged” at work because they have started working only their actual hours and working to their pay grade? Isn’t that what we are supposed to be doing??
