@InternetH0F Looks like the video recording show "2015". May be correct or incorrect. Notice the driver has an assistant or another adult in conversation. Both of their jobs should be SERIOUSLY in jeopardy. The child could easily have been badly injured or worse. They are NOT focused on Kids
