@agazdecki As someone who recently hit rock bottom, you also have to know when to ask for help. We need to normalize checking in on founders mental states. It is going to take me months to truly recover and my marriage may not survive. No one should get to that point, it’s not worth it.

@agazdecki Personally think that is a bad question, I counter with “How do you feel about your responsibilities changing as the company grows?” Changing “jobs” within the company needs to be carefully considered by BOTH sides.
