I have a loan with Shriram Finance and made the full payment on 11.08.2026. The payment was reflected the same day, yet the loan is still showing as “live” and no NOC has been issued. It is extremely frustrating Cont(1)

that in the era of digital finance, loan closure takes 15 days, with no access to a senior officer for resolution. I urgently require the NOC. Requesting the higher officials to please intervene and resolve this at the earliest.

@airindia Nearly two months have passed despite your team’s clear assurance that no cancellation charges would apply. The unjust deduction and prolonged delay in resolving this matter reflect poorly, especially when a senior citizen passenger is involved.

Highly disappointing that after waiting nearly 2 months post cancellation, my senior citizen father received a refund of only 7,410 against payment of 12,009. Full refund was promised, then why this unfair deduction? Screenshot attached. Kindly resolve. @airindia @MoCA_GoI

@airindia Cancellation charges are not applicable, as your team confirmed this over the phone during cancellation. The tickets were cancelled based on that assurance. We also possess the call recording. Such conduct amounts to harassment of a senior citizen by your airline.
