Very tired of ppl thinking "flexible time" means I get to pay for their lack of planning and communication. Company or individual: if you're hiring me as a freelancer, I expect you to act professionally.

When you ask a freelancer to slot time for your project, they expect to be working on it on that time slot you requested. NOT BEFORE, NOT AFTER. Every 1-week job I say no to and then proceed to just sit and wait bc your project hasn't started means 1-week salary I just lost.
