We’ve increased an e-commerce’s conversion rate from 0.87 to over 6.2%.
All by making 3 simple changes to their product page:
1. Button Placement and Copy
Firstly, we moved the 'Buy' button above the fold.
No more scrolling to make a purchase.
We also fine-tuned the copy and even found that adding emojis led to a higher conversion rate.
2. Image and Social Proof
We optimized the product images to be more appealing and added social proof elements like reviews and ratings.
These changes not only made the page more visually engaging but also built trust among potential buyers.
3. Product Description and Offers
The original product description was a wall of text.
We transformed it into an easy-to-scan list of bullet points, highlighting the product's key benefits.
We also showcased a compelling offer right at the top: free shipping.
The best part?
All these elements were designed to fit on a single screen. No scrolling required.
This made the buying process incredibly smooth and reduced friction to a minimum.
Disclaimer:
These changes were focused solely on the product page, and the results speak for themselves. We've also made improvements to other pages, but that's a story for another post.

Enzo Fernandez @Enzo8fan ( or whom to tag?) , thank you. You and Reece remind me that football club is not owners/managers and strategy. Until people on the pitch fighting for my badge as you did… they will always get my support. Devastating 72 hours, but I see some bright now…
@CFC9ja001 Potter of course. Poch was the best from them. Without him we might not see Cole palmer 2024 version. Lamps is better trainer than Maresca + our legend. He came in bad time without any trust on him.
@Blue_Footy Coach. He ruined everything we have. He get team with 5 wins in a row, ballon dor top 30 player (best young player of the year), best rb in Europe, one of the best cdm and a lot of young trending players. And he turned it into piss of shit with stupid tactic, and loser mentality
@Blue_Footy I am also think that we shouldn’t sack manager so fast, that is why I was so upset when Poch was sacked. Anyway, I have only one problem with Maresca - he has loser mentality. And I am kind of proud that at least our fan base still want to win and don’t accept this shit
I am going to say… Chelsea is playing the worst football since the war started… if before we think that it’s just hard time for our great club… now it is just no hope. Palmer is only one bright spot, but football is a team game.
@Blue_Footy Hate his mindset so far. He know a lot about football and seems like great coach. But he has loser mentality. At least not Mour style. Can’t not blame it. We are Chelsea, not fucking Lester
