Gorgeous stroll around #nunheadcemetery yesterday which opened in 1840. The Anglican chapel was a victim of arson and the grounds were a site of many WW2 bombings but its still beautiful in its overgrown glory. All 52 acres of the cemetery were purchased in 1975 for only £1!!!!!
