@verynetwork pretty appalled that my one order of 15 items (bikinis) is being sent in 10 different parcels! Talk about excess packaging and also inconvenient to click and collect that many separate parcels! Some are the same item in different size and in separate parcels!

@British_Airways been calling u for2 days can’t ever get through the line hangs up. No response to emails either! I have £2k in vouchers but to make a new booking have to pay another deposit on top? 😡 please can someone get back to me about my booking?

@British_Airways I received one of you travel vouchers from a cancelled booking due to Covid flight restrictions, However I used my Amex companion voucher on my booking and I don’t appear to have got that back? Please can you advise I will also get the companion voucher reissued?

@curryspcworld awful customer service! I ordered a £600 tv with next day delivery for today between 7am & 7pm, I stay in all day and get a call at 6:30pm to say it’s not coming! Rude and unhelpful lady on the phone! Didn’t want to help and talked me into a refund then hung up!
