C) dignified and purposeful

That can look like a lot of things, but it cannot look like anything. The classrooms I visit normally reveal to me in ten minutes if they satisfy those basic criteria.

Today a child in reception asked if they could tell me something and when I bent down they sneezed in my eye and I thought ‘that’s why I don’t work in early years’ but then at the end of the day I put my hand in what was definitely a pile of Y6 snot on a desk so that was humbling

@SeanMorgan9667 @KaeleyT Yes, of course you should have helped with the dishes. Firstly, your job was only more valuable than hers if you don't value who cares for your children. Without her, you wouldn't have had childcare. Secondly, you had a start and finish time for your job. Should she work 24/7?
