@nectar@DaveEcoast@nectar only once in 3 yrs we’ve not had a weekly Sainsbury’s shop delivered. Also have home and pet insurance through Sainsbury’s, thanks for not inviting us, a loyal customer. Surely everyone with a Nectar account should be included, clearly time to switch to Tesco 🤬

We stopped this driver earlier as PEN15 TWAT wasn’t showing on the PNC.
We managed to identify the vehicle and driver and can firm that his attitude matched the VRN.
@SkyHelpTeam so Janet’s just called stating there’s no available engineers tomorrow despite you already confirming the appointment .. back to square 1. Unacceptable customer service 😡
