@darrell_wilson Not bad thanks @darrell_wilson just starting to go on the job hunt now after being a bit of a tourist and then finding a place to live. Hoping I can pick up some freelance work. Are you still at Signal?
👋
In the beginning of July I gave a GraphQL workshop in @reactkyiv and today I am proud to present it for free for anyone who wants to learn GraphQL 🎉
It covers Apollo Server 2 in the backend and React Apollo in the Frontend!

I got the pleasure of writing an article on #accessibility for my work. Such an important topic and great to see so many people at Signal getting on board! If your not sure about #a11y give it a read!
Not sure where to start with accessibility 👀? Here's a few easy ways in 👍. Plus, check out our full infographic to discover why we're determined to make the web accessible to everyone. https://t.co/MXh3xd2vBG

Thank you for all the great questions! #scotlandcss2018
Definitely pro #cssgrid now after the #ScotlandCSS2018 conference. @rachelandrew had great advice that convinced me. Check if CSS grid is supported directly in the #css & we shouldn't be forcing styles on older browsers or devices. Theres a reason why they don't support.
At the #scotlandcss2018 conference today! Thanks to @WomenWhoCode for the free diversity ticket and @cellosignal for the day off to come learn new things! 😁
Express your love (or loathing!) for javascript on a post it note to win a free @ScotlandJS ticket for this Thurs and Friday. Winner picked tomorrow at 3pm and will be contacted via Twitter DM.
Devs I really enjoy pairing with:
- don't act like know-it-alls
- openly admit if they don't know something
- try to figure stuff out together
- ask instead of making random assumptions about your knowledge
- don't judge you for not knowing something
