Received a call from the hotel today to say they have overbooked (sold my room for more). Had to pay 2.5 times as much to find another hotel 😢

@bookingcom Yes i appreciate that, my annoyance was at the number of scammers pretending to be you trying to get my details. I tried calling customer support yesterday but got no answer, so messaged via the app yesterday afternoon and am awaiting a reply

My rage level at having to pay out over the odds today to get a replacement hotel, obviously now much improved by the barrage of messages from various scammers trying to get my details 🙄

@KirkleesCouncil Our grey bins were not emptied yesterday at HD9 5AL as they should have been - will they be emptied before Xmas or do we now have to wait until the next collection in January? (which will be 5 weeks between collections!)

@BristolAquarium As its not possible to book a ticket for a specific day, with the reduced capacity now, do we just have to come along with our ticket and hope we can get in? Wouldn't it be simpler/safer to only sell a certain number of tickets for each day?

@yr2melthamce for Earth Day today on Google there is a game to play which also gives lots of facts about bees and plants - Alice is having fun helping the bee pollinate the flowers, and we've also learnt some interesting bee facts along the way!

@yr2melthamce This week, as well as doing the White Rose maths lessons, Alice has been finding facts about India, and has been making paper aeroplanes to see how far she can make them fly.
