@British_Airways Hi Danny, as I mentioned I booked over the phone and the lady did not advise me of this when I asked what club Europe covered. Also I would advise NOT recommending this to someone who is pregnant as it’s more important the seats recline instead of the additional space on the side

@British_Airways My main concern is that BA is selling business class seats that are less comfortable than the average economy seat. This should not be possible. Customers should be clearly informed of this when booking. I even booked over the phone! I booked assuming increased comfort.

@British_Airways There were no other seats available. Thankfully after takeoff after asking almost everyone on business class we found a couple who were willing to make the sacrifice. Surely this should never happen to begin with? And a resolution to this should not come at the expense of others.
