@_perfectblinds my mum has been waiting for replacement to be fitted for a broken blind since January and everytime we call up someone says they will call back but never do!!!! We want this resolved ASAP!

Absolutely fuming with the service (or lack of) I’ve been dealt by @Motability this last week. Been without a car for a week & they’ve been unable to provide a suitably adapted car that I can drive 🤬 whole point of this scheme is to maintain independence!!
