(1/11) 4-5 years ago the policy teams @CitizensAdvice took a long hard look at ourselves and the broader charity policy sector and faced up to the fact that we have a problem. The sector is dominated by white, middle class people with degrees from the same 10 or so unis.
Over the past week I've seen a lot of white people stuck at step 3 and many others thinking they can go from step 3 straight to step 13. There's a lot more to do.
