@IcknieldCC Woah, this is so brilliant to see! Thank you so much for sharing and so great to hear the comic is being used in this way. I hope it was fun to teach on comics! Would love to know what the students thought of creating their own comics 😀
This term in Geography, Year 8 students have been learning about tropical storms through @gemmasou's graphic novel, #AfterMaria. At the end of the unit they created their own graphic pieces in response to what they had learned. Here is just some of the fantastic work created.

It says something that this isn’t the leading story in all papers - a school targeted yet again. Massacre in real-time incl of children & the world turns a blind eye. https://t.co/mtpkCjr5mn
Just heard that #hurricaneBeryl is now a CAT 5 storm heading for Jamaica in JUNE. 10 years ago I spoke about working hard to avoid what is now a reality today. My heart is literally broken.
I welcome any review of my mandate & all documents are available to the UN because I have never had, and will never have, anything to hide.
But the latest #UNWatch move is beyond the pale. They use an email from the UN which simply acknowledged the receipt of their complaint to falsely claim that the UN "has opened an investigation" against me.
UN Watch: keep ignoring Int'l Law, keep turning a blind eye on Israel’s massacres of Palestinian civilians & children, and stay focused on the world's most pressing issue: the (UNPAID!) fellowship of my research assistant.
Back to work now.
We have a new PhD Scholarship available for someone interested in exploring climate resilience within the Indo-Pacific region. The following advert provides more details - Come and work with leading Human Geography academics @Monash_Arts

@jonburkeUK thanks! Hackney is the place to be on a hot day then! I'm doing some research in Manchester and the residents i spoke to say they've reduced but I'm trying to find some stats too!
Can anybody shed light? Does anybody know if public drinking fountains have reduced in the UK? Do you know why this happened? And are there stats on how many have been lost and in which locations? @jonburkeuk?
Greatful for the opportunity to write about the over 200 year occupation of Haiti. Haiti is not a cursed island but purposely oppressed one. Every conflict on my island has been instigated and funded by foreign powers. A free Haiti is a free world, please read. ✊🏾🇭🇹
