@WhirlpoolCorp Your representatives will not engage. 2 further engineer visits. The machine is now broken completely. Representatives assure us someone will attend but they do not. They will not escalate to a manager. What is wrong with this company? Must we go to court for a washing machine

@WhirlpoolCorp had a Washer dryer that leaked from 1st day we got it. 6 months, 3 engineer visits all agree it needs replacing but cannot reach anyone on phone and live chat refusing to replace and refusing to escalate. Why is your support so terrible?

@OatlyUK @MrsRije As someone whose worked in private equity, they do not believe in your mission. They believe in your ability to generate profit. They now own some of that profit, which they will funnel anywhere they see fit, regardless of what you want. Shame
