Absolutely appalling service & provision from @BTGroup@bt_uk no wifi for over 2 weeks, despite 2 days off work - 1 where their engineer claimed to fix it but didn’t, and 1 where they didn’t show. Trying to talk to a manager is impossible: anyone else struggling with them?
@eagerrnj Ed is going to be a pain as Fringe is on. I hopefully booked a room in Manc for the gig on the 19th but was trying to increase my chances by using the phone & iPad & was trying Manchester on the phone and tried obscure Tues date for Ed on the iPad, that’s the queue I got into
@eagerrnj I don’t want to get through on that one and log in and loose my place in the queue on the iPad, but if that queue (which I’ve been in longer) actually takes me to buy tickets then I’ll jump to that one

Honestly having a terrible customer service experience dealing with @blacks_online - incompetent IT systems, poor stock management, and staff who don’t seem to care at all - I absolutely do not recommend!
