@thriftycars Police Office-This is a customer service issue, not law enforcement. You (me) should go outside to deescalate the employee.”
I leave.
That was bizarre.
@thriftycars Police ask me to sit in a chair 50 feet away. Two officers stand at the counter while Thrifty refunds my money because they are out of cars. Another customer goes and talk to police and says “She (me) is right, they were so horrible to her.”
@thriftycars Emp-Give me your name. I’m going to cancel your reservation. Then we are going to put you on the Do Not Fly List. Me-call 911. “I’m at Thrifty Car Rental and I’m being harassed. This isn’t safe.”Manager of Thrifty tells employee to go home. He refuses.
@thriftycars Please explain what is happening at Boston Logan. Emp-We are closed. Come back at 6a. Me-I already paid for the car. I need to get it. Emp slams door in my face. Me-Come back, I can’t stay until 6a. I need the car I already paid for.
Hey @MOHouseGOP why are we cutting nearly $120 million from @GovParsonMO budget for mental health while simultaneously talking about the mental health crisis for our veterans? #MakeItMakeSense
@JamieforMO So here's the problem @JamieforMO. In previous years, my favorite activity was calling my rep every couple of weeks and sharing my opinion on his lousy votes and stupid comments. But now I've got you, got no complaints and all of this free time in my life. 😃

Enjoying a visit from retitring MO Senator @RoyBlunt in the House Chamber this morning.
I’m not at all convinced (most of) the folks running to replace him are capable of carrying on his legacy of statesmanship. It feels like the end of an era in MO politics…
Call to Action: #moleg Republicans want to force a new curriculum on Missouri students and force-feed them politician-approved propaganda. If you think our kids deserve more, come make your voice heard and protect Missouri kids Tuesday at 8 am in the Capitol!
Calling MO Teachers-
Let's spread the message that literature with diverse, equitable, and inclusive content makes our teaching higher-quality and more effective. Post a pic of a great book you have shared with students and tell us how the content impacted student learning.
@StorytimeMO My pre-K through 2nd grade students loved this book about Zion Clark’s athletic success and determination. Zion was born without legs. My students left wanting to know more about prosthetic devices. This books provoked a lot of thoughtful questions.
