@Makro_SA I’ve honestly had the worst experience dealing with your Woodmead branch! Promises made aren’t kept, times given aren’t kept. No follow ups on your mess. It’s horrible dealing with your call center too. No one will help if it’s not their issue. Terrible customer service
@OUTsurance - I have followed up around 8 times in the last 2 months and I have yet to get a response. No one takes responsibility and the ‘manager’ really couldn’t care either.

@OUTsurance I submitted a claim to have my household contents checked as they weren’t working. OUTsurance sent out a technician from Panaservice. When the claim was declined, I contacted Panaservice to get a quote to fix my fridge. 🧵1/2
