This will sound sappy, and even a little cringe to some, but it’s true.
I wrote this song for those people, especially men, who’ve given up on achieving the dream life of family and love.
I was blessed with that dream, which still required hard work and effort to achieve, and my wife and children give me sure purpose and incredible joy.

I sincerely, desperately, want these blessing for every good man and woman in the world, and my heart breaks that so many people, especially men, have given up hope for such a bright future.

I wrote this song for them. That even if a bright future might seem impossible, it could truly be just over the next horizon and although you can’t see it that doesn't mean it isn't there.

What a tragedy it would be if the dream was there all along, but you missed out because you gave up too soon. Malfoid’s despair, sense of betrayal, and hopelessness in this part of her story serves as the perfect allegory for where many people see themselves. And like her, you can pull yourself out if it. It’s never too late. You’ve got nothing to lose and everything to gain by enduring, and the trials you’re going through right now will be all worth it when you get the dream.

And guess what, even if you don’t, you’ll still be better off for having tried. You will be stronger and have lived a happier life filled with hope and personal effort then if you gave into despair, and that’s still something to be proud of.

So, keep yearning everyone. Hope is never a waisted pursuit.
