Its not, its against compliance. We have CQA for that.
Reason why Sonic Mania passes because it displays Sonic, so we know its a sonic game.
Dungeons 2 just has a face.. if you asked me what game it was, i wouldn't know it is

Then possibly Earthbound Zero (Mother 1), its more difficult than the other two games so take that as you will.

They mentioned the AI bit on their FAQ.

The only instance of AI was for moderation but they actually removed it from one of the latest patches.
So as far as we're aware, there isnt any more AI.
