Under the #LIFT program, Generation Rise and Rugabano community leaders held discussions on supporting children’s return to school parents committed to ensuring every child attends and to addressing causes of dropout like family conflicts and alcoholism.
This week,@UKinRwanda joined #LIFT and local leaders in @KarongiDistr to witness firsthand the challenges and successes in ensuring #children return to #learning.The visit included meetings with education teams, #school staff, parents, and students,each sharing valuable insights.
As part of #LIFT project implementation, We conducted a psychosocial support training to #Teacher Mentors in Rugabano sector. The session equipped them with skills & knowledge that will enable them 2 support #BackToSchool(B2S) learners who may require #Psychosocial assistance
