The names, physical addresses, and e-mail addresses of both individual and institutional lenders will be redacted. The redaction was granted under section 107(b) (as confidential commercial information) and not under Section 107(c).
Yesterday, the Court granted the Committee’s and Genesis’s motions to redact the names, addresses, and contact information of both individual and institutional lenders of Genesis in the cases, finding that such information is confidential commercial information.
@crypto_equality The court granted the redaction relief under section 107(b) of the Code. The paragraph you note is simply the Court clarifying that the relief is not appropriate under Section 107(c).
