TUMAAS NG 12% ANG POPULASYON NG TAMARAW SA MOUNTS IGLIT-BACO NATURAL PARK

Nakapagtala ang DENR MIMAROPA ng 425 tamaraw sa isinagawa nitong annual count sa Mounts Iglit-Baco Natural Park (MIBNP) sa Mindoro. Mas mataas ito ng 12% kumpara sa 380 tamaraw na naitala noong 2025.

Ayon sa ahensya, ang 425 tamaraw na naitala ngayong 2026 ay sa populasyong mino-monitor lamang sa loob ng MIBNP, na tahanan ng pinakamalaking natitirang kilalang populasyon ng critically endangered na tamaraw sa bansa.

@ChelDiokno Sorry pero tama na kailangan nyo din pakingan ang hinaing yung Pamilya ng mga Victims ang sigaw nila Justice at ang pumipigil nun ay ang JJL. Ang gusto ng karamihan ng Pilipino ay Babaan ang Criminal Liability to 12 for heinous crimes.

juvenile law is made to protect kids from adults din. hindi lang naman homicide at drug use ang hinuhuli, there are also kids in conflict with other laws. without juvenile law to protect them, they become vulnerable from adult offenders.

Last year my Kuya was killed by a 17 y/o, the case file said he acted with discernment so it was filed on family court, I thought trial will happen cause it's homicide and he has discernment instead he's now undergoing diversion program 😒
