A few weeks ago, I outlined one of the biggest opportunities in all of crypto:

Infrastructure for AI agents.

Verticals like agentic payments, identity, and trust on blockchain rails.

Of all the gaps in agent infrastructure, trust is one of the biggest.

We're headed toward a world of abundant agent commerce, and those agents need trust to transact at scale.

I sat down with the team at Token2049 to break down this market gap and how @genlayer is solving it:

Appeal a verdict and the jury can grow, so controlling the outcome requires influencing more validators.

And a validator caught cheating loses part of what it locked.

GenLayer runs on delegated proof of stake, with one difference: its validators don't just check transactions, they judge them, each with a different AI model.

To get a seat on a case, a validator has to lock GEN.

Anyone can spin up a thousand AI judges. If ruling cost nothing, one person could fill the court with their own.

So on GenLayer, every validator has to lock GEN before it gets a vote.
