Ines found @solana through @colosseum once she realized every serious DePIN project was already building there. Now she's building GEN (@GENPowered), turning energy infrastructure into investable digital assets, with two Colosseum honorable mentions already under her belt across the DePIN and Cypherpunk RWA tracks.

What she's chasing is an energy asset anyone can invest in, and her advice for new builders is to start a project with demand so obvious it doesn't need explaining.

Malaysia has set an ambitious goal: 70% of the country's energy from renewable sources by 2050, with large-scale solar leading the way. It's a clear national push toward clean energy.

But here's the gap, building these solar farms takes serious capital, so only a handful of large companies can actually own and operate them. For everyday investors, the only way in has been buying shares in those same companies. The economics of solar are solid. The access to it isn't.

GEN is building a different path. By turning verified solar infrastructure into tokenised, fractional assets, backed by real hardware data, not just paperwork.

We're opening the door for more people to invest directly in clean energy and earn real yield from real assets.
