Horrible experience this morning on @askryanair flight RK597. The ground staff were rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. I have dropped a formal complaint. Please investigate and resolve ASAP.

@askryanair your ground staff charged me ยฃ70 saying my baggage is inappropriate although it was well within guidelines and fit in the cabin perfectly and the weight was 8.4 kgs. The cabin crew said that it was appropriate and the ground staff were unfair.

@airindiain Please compare this with when my bag was scanned at the london airport with locks. The lock has been broken and this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Absolutely disappointed with @airindiain. My locked checkin suitcase was cut open and damaged. The staff also refused to take complaints. Details have been emailed to [email protected]. Please help resolve.
