Yesterday, I joined @OfficialAPCNg leaders, members and stakeholders to welcome the Deputy Governor of Lagos State, @drobafemihamzat during his visit to Sen Ganiu Olarewaju Solomon (GOS), the Mushin apex leader and member of the Lagos State Governance Advisory Council (GAC).
The energy in Mushin yesterday wasn’t just a gathering… it was a movement.
You could feel it in the air, see it in the faces, and hear it in the voices of the people.
Mushin has spoken LOUD and CLEAR.
Hon. Toyin Moses Fayinka (@ToyinFayinka) is not just a name, he is a grassroots politician, a leader the people truly believe in.
A man who has walked with the people, worked for the people, and delivered real impact where it matters most.
After four years of visible results, he has stepped forward to continue the journey and the overwhelming love from the streets says it all.
He is sellable, trusted, and deeply connected to the heartbeat of Mushin.
This is not politics as usual.
This is about continuity, progress, and leadership that shows up, listens, and delivers.
Mushin remembers who stood for them.
Mushin knows who worked for them.
And Mushin is ready to keep moving forward with him.

For anyone who might find themselves in a similar situation, here is what to do:
1. Go to the bank where the money was wrongly sent and lodge a formal complaint. They will usually advise you to obtain a court order to substantiate your claim.
2. File your case at any High Court of your choice. The defendants (or respondents) will be the wrong beneficiary and the bank.
3. Ask the court to direct the bank (the 2nd respondent) to reverse the funds you mistakenly transferred into the wrong account. You can also include the correct account number to strengthen your case.
4. Once the court grants your request, take the certified court order back to the bank. Their legal team will verify and authenticate it, which may take up to a week.
5. Somebody asked ‘what if the person has spent the money?’. Even if it takes years, the wrong beneficiary has a debit balance already.
Thank you.
Throwback Thursday 📚
A look back at our visitation to Mushin during the 100 Schools Tour, a moment of connection, learning, and community impact.
The visit reminded us of the importance of staying close to the roots, understanding the real needs of our schools, and working together to build a stronger foundation for basic education.
Every visit wasn’t just an inspection, it was an inspiration to do more for our children and teachers.
The exercise was overseen by the Permanent Board Member for LASUBEB — Hon. O. J. Falana.

“A Day as Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Ogun State.”
The event was graced by the Deputy Governor of Ogun State, Her Excellency, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, and the Honourable Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu.
This groundbreaking initiative, the first of its kind in Ogun State, reflects a visionary effort to inspire creativity, leadership, and effective learning among learners across the state.

To be a good leader, you’ve to be a good reader.
A great reader makes a great leader.
Regardless of your scope of reading, either theoretically or physically, just make sure you read.

I had the privilege of attending the official launch of the “Jako Jollof” initiative, proudly organized by the Chairman of Odiolowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Seyi Jakande.
This commendable program spans across 27 schools and 1 inclusive centre within the LCDA, with a focus on improving the nutritional and health status of pupils. The initiative is set to run every Friday throughout the academic session, providing a consistent source of nourishment to our young learners.
In my remarks at the event, I wholeheartedly commended the visionary leadership of the Chairman for launching such a groundbreaking initiative, the first of its kind across the entire 20 LGAs and 37 LCDAs in Lagos State.
Beyond being a feeding initiative, Jako Jollof is a catalyst for community development. It provides employment opportunities for local residents, motivates pupils to attend school regularly, and contributes significantly to the reduction of out-of-school children in our community.
This is more than just a meal program, it’s a movement that touches lives, strengthens education, and builds a stronger future for our children.
