i researched tik tok on formats on my niche that is working good for creators to understand the niche better and maybe copy some those formats

60 cold emails through tik tok search “canvas ugc” or “tech ugc”, 7 answers, 1 call, 1 signed creator. the second one came by recommendation of the first one
most of answered email is out of budget like $200 for a video. my initial offer is $20 +$2 cpm but i can go to $30 after negotiations
super useful, thank you. i have a question about ugc creators. are they mostly familiar with monthly/retainer and cpm model or you need to seek them new way of doing this? my experience — sent 50 emails, got 1 call, 1 created starting with $30 video, 2 cpm. but this girl had canvas/tech ugc experience.
another question is how do you structure creative brief for creators? what is percentage between freedom and stick-to-whats-warking in other niches?
