Josh Harris: buy American sports franchise and lose on purpose, year after year, until you're sort of good
Also Josh Harris: buy a second division soccer club at a good value, attempt to win and increase the value of your investment through promotion.
Which system makes sense?
@GabePirlo Probably the best manager in the world after Pep and Klopp. Problem is there's an expiration date on him, it's probably 2-3 years and then everything comes apart. Better win quickly.
@Russcher (I'm too lazy to pull up the album art)
Kiwi Jr - Cooler Returns
Spiritualized- Everything Was Beautiful
Silver Jews - American Water
King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard- Omnium Gatherum
@Zone_14 I haven't seen close to all the matches but Gini has been the best player I've seen this tournament, followed by KdB. I will concede I'm very biased towards both players.
@hatrik10 I've been irked by this as well. Losing 1-0 in the WC semis on a set piece to eventual champion France and then winning the third place match is nothing to be ashamed of.
@TwoRedGringos Completely agree, I don't see how this is even controversial. Why not win the league in a match we're actually playing in, against our biggest rival of the last couple years? We're winning the league no matter what. Let's make it fun.
Ahead of MLS is Back, @PaulTenorio and I reached out to every team to ask if any players had tested positive for COVID-19.
We learned multiple MLS teams had previously undisclosed positive tests. League policy does not require disclosure.

This is incredible from @OptaJoe. Since their records began in 2008 Liverpool are the first team to prevent an away side from having a single touch in their penalty area.
