Rest were still brilliant but the sunset was coming fast. Frank was unlucky ok

@AndyMitten We met Kevin at Shannon Apt Sept 1981 as Soton, ret home after beating Limerick 3-0 in UEFA cup, I called out to him as team filed in,he came right over n said ‘ where do you u want me to sign lads ‘ Asked did we need any other signatures ‘ . Total gentleman. I wish him the best.

@rioferdy5 Amorim dug his hole in 1-1 draw at home to West Ham and they finally decided to throw him in it after the Wolves 1-1 I think. Must have someone lined up who they think will get us in top 5 I guess? Pressure will be on likes of Wilcox if things don’t go as planned, brave decision.

@AndyMitten It was a great win, especially considering absences , but we seem to have a knack of starting games brilliantly and then gradually the performances taper off and you think the opposition are going to win it. Maybe it’s part of the pathway back to the top🙏🤞

@rioferdy5 @ManUtd I thought the two Villa goals were very defendable though. We just stood off him. Lot of pretty football from Utd but little end product and defeat was accepted too easily.

@mufcinfodotcom Actually saw Bobby Noble play in my 2nd match at OT 18 March 67 Utd beat Leicester 5-2 , David Herd broke his leg scoring in that game , could hear the crack from my seat in new cantilever. Noble could have been best LB Utd ever had. Just shows, you need Lady Luck!

@BeatlesEarth Sgt Pepper is just a fantastic album from start to finish. A great collective of songs and likely the only Beatles album remembered that way. Everyone knows Sgt Pepper, maybe they don’t know Beatles for Sale or With the Beatles !? As Beatles fans we know every album was great!
