I never lock the bathroom, simply as my wife never comes in so no need to. That is until she decided to break that 15 year streak when I was mid shower, at the exact moment I aimed a stray dingleberry at the toilet bowl and missed. I'm a 90%+ shooter so bad luck doesn't cover it.
@drrachelhewitt I agree with your general comment but if you read the article her parents seem to imply they are still supportive of him, bizzare though that seems.
@SenorStu @UKRunChat Everyone is different but I do feel that sometimes too much training can be counterproductive. My marathon PB is 3:08 but I do under perform based on my times for other distances and as someone who is no spring chicken, I will train less if/when I enter another marathon.
@itsallabigail@UKRunChat If you are concerned and have an old phone just swap the SIM card. When I ran London it was useful to have a phone to organise meeting up with family.
@KieranDavey1@UKRunChat Always found it odd that it seems to be the middle nails that get damaged and not the big of little toes which I would have thought would be more likely to get battered.
@TheSteveBenson@UKRunChat I'd recommend rolling with a small frozen water bottle. I've had it in both feet and the first one took 4 months to get better, but the second time kustt4 weeks.
@RunnerRourke @runningpunks@UKRunChat I have the standard 6 and i was concerned about its size and weight, but in reality it's been fine. However I think all other things being equal I would go for the 955 as it has the latest sensors, it's lighter and not so big
@Joanna__Hardy I suffered for years before going to see a GP who prescribed Sumatriptan. They are fantastic and although they take a couple of hours to work they almost always get rid of the migraine. They're so effective I'm almost wary of taking them as to what they must be doing to me!
@RichardJMurphy I don't fully understand it, but I would always be wary of someone's motives who include statements such as "when did a politician tell the truth".
