@Ofcom 7 wks being passed from Provider to Openreach & back again & still no Broadband / Landline in my new house & I work from home. 5 min job to commission the ONT says the man on site, but won’t do it because no job card. And the complaints section on your website is no help

@bt_uk Yes, but it won’t proceed because Openreach still need to do something with the line. I’ve spoken to someone in BT sales already about an order, I just wanted an update and to proceed if possible

@theJeremyVine Hi Jeremy, I don’t think a license is required, but what about insurance and a some form of reg. plate? I ask because my sons car was damaged by a bike passing in traffic and it just rode off. If a car hits you and leaves the scene at least you have a chance if you have a plate?
