Mrs S just had an epiphany.
"Oh yeah, I see now. You either start teaching, then leave, or go into it late. You can't do it all your life."
She's right. Anyone who has stayed has my total respect.
I don't know how anyone can do this forever. It's just a breakdown.

I've felt so supported over the last couple of days. Just when I needed it. I didn't ask, it just happened. Luck or great management? It doesn't matter tbh, I feel blessed either way.
Keep going people, we've got this.

Totally dumped back on my behind from a great height today. Worst day of teaching I have experienced.
Behaviour from 11, 10, 9, and 7 was shocking.
I'm lost for words.

Wow! Someone replied to my post about my daughters A level results asking why I felt the need to share & would I have felt less proud if I hadn't.
She immediately deleted it, but amongst all the lovely comments and likes, I briefly forgot what a cesspit this place can be. ❤️

@GeogMum @Wangdalorian Our students (Bronze) covered the cost of the campsite and a train fare or two. I think it totalled £25 - £30 max.
How the hell are they justifying £250??

I've not drunk (drank??!) red wine for about 25 yrs. Was given 3 bottles as various leaving presents. I think I now drink red wine again!
