The e-checkouts at Longos leaside were problematic not just for us but for others as well. It certainly does not make for a positive customer shopping experience. We will have to move on to other stores that make it easier to shop. A pity Longos has spoiled it.

The e-checkout at Longos Leaside was very touchy. Touch a bag or the edge of the unit and it would stop. The bags have to be held up somehow or how do you package items. Other bags must be kept separately somehow. It is not user friendly at all.

My wife and I have been using electronic checkouts at Sobeys, Home Depot, Walmart and now the e-checkout at Longos Leaside. I noticed we were not the only ones having difficulty with the units constantly stopping. The person there to help tried her best.
