His development hasn't stalled, you only think that bcos you're listening to deranged Chelsea fans, Neto since signing for Chelsea has steadily gotten better, last season was better than his previous season which was in turn better than his last season at Wolves, Neto hasn't stalled, he has gotten better, it's just that Wolves played counter-attacking football while Chelsea plays a possession heavy football, so with his pace, he'll definitely look better in a counter-attack type of team, his 1v1 dribbling isn't that great but his tenacity, shooting, creativity, pace are all still there and getting better, There's no way Chelsea will sell him for anything less than 80-85mil, he's also approaching his prime years, so there's no way we're selling him for Cheap that's for sure
